I have been going to the Festus MO branch for several years and have never had an issue with filing my taxes. They are always pleasant and works with me to ensure I am getting the best refund.
Last time using HR Block. Nothing that I paid for worked. My return was listed as denied for a month on the tracker. I received less money than what I was told, even after the RIDICULOUS cost to have my taxes prepared. The tracker in the app never worked. Said my state was denied, but I already had the check in my mailbox, and it was supposed to be direct deposit. They sent a text 2 days after I received my federal return saying it was on its way.
