What a joke. Won't take walk-ins, Nobody at the office. Made an appointment but apparently there's no one there and available.
There were no tax filers at this location this year. Instead, my tax information was scanned and uploaded online and done by someone in an another location that didn’t even bother to explain anything. Also, if you like being able to get ahold of the person who files your taxes, don’t go here, because they are implementing a phone tree system where you won’t be routed to the location where you file. Won’t be returning here again next year and I have been filing with H&R Block for years. Don’t recommend!
