They don’t know the IRS rules at all tried saying I can’t claim someone as a dependent when they have lived with me the last two years with no job and I support them , tried saying the manager is going to call me but the last two times iv called she hasn’t even been there, even though it says relative it’s specifically states on the IRS website that they don’t have to be related to you
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Terrible service.
