If I could give them zero stars if I could. Used them last year and had to pay more than I’ve ever had to pay to the Irs before. This year I used them again to give them a second chance at a different location, this one. I just got off the phone with them and they couldn’t answer a question straight… seems like an untruthful company
Used turbotax to file my very first return, but the wrong form was ended up being submitted. Came here to file an amendment along with the correct form 1040nr. Lakshmi was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend coming here for any tax filing.
