Brenda was so great and very helpful! We have used her for 2 years now and will be coming back again next year!
My agent was very helpful and did her job well. HOWEVER BEWARE! When they tell you we can handle problems of previous years that were not filed, they DOUBLE charge you. This WAS NOT told in both visits to me,not once ever. I was told 300$ and my card was charged twice. When I reached out to the office, they said that was standard procedure. I was disappointed in there lack of communication in explaining this . Or should I say,NOT explaining exact cost for services.
Great customer service took care of my W-2 and the appointment went by pretty fast and efficiently
