My husband and I have been filing our taxes with H&R Block for over 10 years, and we've always had a positive experience. My agent was very helpful and did her job well. HOWEVER BEWARE! When they tell you we can handle problems of previous years that were not filed, they DOUBLE charge you. This WAS NOT told in both visits to me,not once ever. I was told 300$ and my card was charged twice. When I reached out to the office, they said that was standard procedure. I was disappointed in there lack of communication in explaining this . Or should I say,NOT explaining exact cost for services.
