Incredibly disappointed with the lack of competence and accountability at this location. I have been a customer for 5 years and paid nearly $400 for professional tax prep, yet experienced serious errors on multiple returns, including an audit letter for a previous year and a separate mistake on my 2025 taxes. When I brought the audit to Erick, he admitted H&R Block made the mistake, but tried to deflect blame by telling me I assumed all responsibility because I signed the return. Very accommodating staff and Erick is very well knowledgeable and made sure that everything is explained every details of filing your tax.
