I already called and asked to speak with someone. I loved my tax preparer here as far as she was very professional and kind and worked really hard on my returns, but I do wonder if they are trained here to handle complex tax situations. I felt like I was bringing up a lot of stuff (not as a professional) and the fact that it led to my taxes constantly being adjusted due to my "research." Christopher Bennet was fantastic ! However the receptionist made me want to walk out the second i got there. Rude and had an unpleasant facial expression our entire interaction. However, Christopher is charismatic and kind he took the time to educate me on questions that i had and made me feel like i was part of the process. Lastly , please have the receptionist not talk about new clients while they are standing behind them; Their cubbies aren’t all that secure for sound not to travel out.
