Don’t go here. I didn’t receive my tax refund from the state. I called this H&R Block and never heard back from them. I had to contact the state myself. I received a letter from the state stating that I didn’t get my refund because my taxes were done incorrectly. I made an appointment to go back to get my taxes corrected and they wanted me to redo my taxes myself and send it in myself. Ask for Jan! He’s simply amazing. I had to put in 1% effort and he finished everything fast.
My tax associate Kaye was wonderful. She was so friendly and made the whole process super relaxing. This is my 3rd year filing with HR block and I feel like I have found my favorite tax associate. I even showed up early to the appointment and she was able to fit me in early. I definitely would love to have Kaye do my taxes again next year.
