Rogelio Ayala filed my taxes, and I am very disappointed in the outcome so far. January 22nd, 2024, I came to do my taxes and just last week got a letter from the IRS because my information was sent in incorrectly. I went into the IRS website to verify my information, just to see that Rogelio put that the year of my birth incorrectly. So I came into H&R block in Elizabeth to get paper work to prove my identity to the IRS, and they cannot even print the needed paperwork for me!
