Filed my taxes with Elena who gave me little information and now I have a balance with h&r (she didn't explain what I would owe for each year to her/the company) in spite of me saying I can't file because I can't pay h&r, she insisted it was nothing but it's definitely something to me. She had me sign papers without explaining anything. And at the end of it all, told me to mail them myself. Im not sure how this helps me at all seeing as they're being paid to do all this. I needed to get my emerald card and Elena was very nice and helped me when I need it to get her card she was nice and very helpful the other lady Helena was not very helpful she was not helping me with what I need when I got there she was still talking about me while I was sitting there set an alarm for me a emerald card and told me to wait in the mail I believe if you're going to help somebody else when you do taxes make sure you have your facts straight who knows about h&r block
