Helena is very professional, patience and kind. Accurate in the whole process. Charleston and rainbow office is easy to find.
Filed my taxes with Elena who gave me little information and now I have a balance with h&r (she didn't explain what I would owe for each year to her/the company) in spite of me saying I can't file because I can't pay h&r, she insisted it was nothing but it's definitely something to me. She had me sign papers without explaining anything. And at the end of it all, told me to mail them myself. Im not sure how this helps me at all seeing as they're being paid to do all this.
