I had an excellent experience with Ms. Laura Moreno at H&R Block. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Don Ziccardi helped me with my taxes today, this was an high end experience he had no issues answering questions as he assured to make sure I received everything out of my return thank you Don!
Very disappointed of the location while I was waiting for my return, I ask the staff if I can have some water, and there’s no water available for customers or anything in some others locations like Manhattan, they even have coffee and have clean restrooms. I don’t know if because we were in Jackson Heights they don’t care. The staff are very friendly and do what they can, but c’mon a least show that you care for your customers.
