Charlene Kato C.P.A. at the H&R Block University Branch is the best! Shes been doing my taxes for going on 6 years now. A COMPLETE PROFFESIONAL. She is KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND. I have felt so welcomed and cared about at every appointment. As a small business owner, feeling like someone cares about my financial well-being makes my tax experience each year a stress-free. I met Cierra when she was in CA a couple of years back, she helped me get an error fixed that someone else did! She is not in CA now but its just as fast, maybe quicker to deal with each return electronically! She didn't fuss or muss, she just fixed it and got me an amended refund return and I come back to her every year because she's honest, professional and caring. She does a lot of work on each return but tries to get the best discounts for us, anyway! I trust Cierra and that is important to me. Thank you Cierra!
