I was told to drop off my taxes last year because they were busy and it wasn’t the current year taxes . I called them after they didn’t call me in the timeframe they said they would to find out not only did they not finish my taxes they lost them . After talking to many managers , employees and corporate no one knows what happened to my sensitive information.
