My 1st visit H&R Block and l couldn't be more impressed. Got me in on short notice and the price was right. At this location, Kathryn Koons took care of me, and she was just awesome. The world needs more people like her and she single handedly earned H&R Block a customer for the years l continue to work.
Deborah Dominique is a horrible representative she not only tried to tell me I had no eic but she told me I owed taxes on a job I was paid 12.50 an hr and on top of that I had to figure out her mistake but now the IRS says my refund was never filed
Thanks Debbie and Ann for getting me in after hours so my return wasn't late. Didn't have to do that, and with a smile. Thanks again
