Worst location ever. They screwed up my taxes. Refused to fix their mistakes that I found and said “I would help you if u bought audit protection”. Really!!!! Had to leave before I did something I would regret
Ms Audrey Stewart at the 218st/Jamaica Ave location is a great person, she genuinely cared about me having a better outcome on my taxes next year and overall in life... She shared great tips and spoke positivity over my life in a manifesting way.... she didn't have to but she did and I'm extremely grateful for her and I look forward to doing my taxes with her years to come. Highly consider letting her assist you with your taxes, I'm sure you won't regret it.
Great service. I never have a problem with my Taxes
I did 3 years in one due to Covid situation. I left my taxes with them. THEY decided to have 2 of my checks MAILED. Those checks were stolen, TWICE.. the irs checks were stolen. The US TREASURY checks WERE STOLEN. I STILL have not received my checks and I’m STILL trying to get a response from the treasury. WHY did HnR CHOOSEA TO SEND MY PAYCHECK AVIA THE POST OFFICE?.. over 2 thousand dollers missing. I WONT go to them AGAIN.
