Farmer was great. The whole appointment was about an hour long. He explained everything clearly and precisely.
Audrey is so weird. She tries to go after other tax representatives clients and take their work as her own. When you tell her “im not working with you, im working with someone else” she will be petty and delete your tax pros work and lock them out of it. Dont go to this location!!!! Audrey is vindictive. When I called her office to confront her she kept trying to avoid the call after and didn’t want to forward me to her manager . She needs to be fired to override her coworkers like this
Farman was excellent, I’d love to come back and have him help me file my taxes in the future! Very calm, patient and kind, I adored him. Thank you Farman for your services and help :)
