Not happy with this experience. The so called Tax expert was rude and she ended up giving me bad advice. I have called and complained yet no response. I am mortified at this experience. This location does not uphold the standards of H&R Block. I would not recommend them.
Pretty disappointed in the series of events that occurred here. This was our first time using H&R block. Things seemed somewhat simple, we didn't have any issues making an appointment. Greeted first thing, we were taken back to a desk. I had everything prepared/labeled/organized and necessary calculations. Taxes done in less than 60 minutes. Great location. Easy to schedule on-line.
I am very disappointed. I had my taxes prepared by Teresa, and I discovered that she entered a lot of incorrect information on my tax return. Now, because of her mistakes, I have to fix everything and hope to receive my refund back, assuming no one takes it. I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to read the communication and follow the instructions provided to avoid future problems. I’ve never had this issue before. I just wanted to share my experience—this situation has really hurt me.
Great experience fling my 2024 taxes using the H&R portal with the professional, kind, competent tax preparer: Ms. Maria Elena Montecinos. Clearly, she deserves a raise. She comes highly recommended!
