Absolutely terrible, didn't know what they are doing ! Been with H &R block forever !! Had us come back a second time, because they said it didn't show our federal tax on our w2. So we rescheduled and then we come back they said he had it. How does it just appear, why did we get sent away. ? Wasted 2 days. Would never recommend again. Worst experience ever !! So frustrating 😫
