Very disappointed with the service from a national company I was assigned an incompetent tax preparer when I thought I was hiring a professional they screwed up my amendment to my taxes for hurricane Ian and then wanted 300 dollars to fix there mistake my first and last time dealing with such incompetence and they really seemed to care less
Excellent customer service and tax knowledge with very friendly staff.
