My husband had the worst experience ever with one of the employees there , the guy didn’t know what he was doing and messed up badly on my husband’s taxes that my husband has been waiting 3 hrs for the lady to fix it
I left my taxes with them. They told me it's going to be 400 dollars I about had a heart attach. That is 2.2 % of my income. I will file myself and can't be that hard.
We made an appointment online because we couldn’t get in touch with the Roseburg office by phone. Showed up for the appointment and were told that we didn’t have one even though we had received a confirmation text message. We were also told “sorry the online scheduling has a problem, do a drop off and we’ll send it to someone else “ Just want others to know that you can’t trust this nation wide company’s scheduling system. We’re doing our own this year due to lack of confidence in your company
We paid $182 to have them file our taxes. We then get a phone call from the IRS telling us that they had done our taxes wrong and that we needed to call H&R and they told us to call IRS. And then IRS telling us to callH&R block. So this back and forth is just frustrating as heck. And...the office ( H&R block) is only open one day a wek on Wednesday's.
