My girlfriend just paid them almost 300$ FOR NOTHING! They quoted her some huge amount back for taxes that they later said they couldn't file and she had to call the IRS and they didn't even call to tell her that they just scheduled her an appointment. So they could tell her "sorry we aren't gonna refund you and we won't help you" USE CHAT GPT IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH YOUR TAXES DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE
Peter Stevens helped us and what a great job he did! He was very professional and actually made it an enjoyable time! So glad we came back to H & R block instead of trying to file ourselves.
