Susan Rotz was a pleasure to work with. She fully understood all of the elements of the returns and took time to explain all of the entries to me.
Very disappointing experience with this location. I thought they had up-front pricing, but I didn't get the pricing till the end. If I would have known that they were going to charge me $308, and not allow me to paid what I paid last year as the commercial clearly states, I would have left right away. They also charged me for a "complex" tax preparation, which is completely ridiculous. My tax return was hardly complex. Extremely efficient and knew the tax laws.
It was a professional environment. My tax adviser, Carlota, was courteous and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with her next year. The office was welcoming, not frenzied. Nancy at the front desk is a jewel in this organization.
