Went in to get advice on which way to file. After HELPING Ken input my information since he was having an extremely difficult time typing things into the correct box or finding his cursor on the computer screen, he tells me that it’s more beneficial to file standard. I sign everything he asks me to, give my bank info to pay my balance, and pay the $164 for his “service”.
