I needed help with being audited by the IRS that was prepared by H & R Block. It was off season and almost impossible to connect to anyone. I was promised phones that I never received. I missed the deadline. They don't keep documentation of the original paperwork.There is no way of getting in contact with the owner. The 800 number is all I was given and never helpful. I just called to set an appointment for tax services. The lady who answered the phone was rude and didn't sound like she wants her job. I said nevermind and hung up. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
