They made an appointment for me and set me up to go to their location to do my taxes and they weren’t ready. The guy’s 230 appointment was still waiting at 3:05. My appointment was for three so now I’m not gonna sit there and wait an hour for you when I made an appointment for three? Does that mean you’re gonna give me a discount now that you already wasted an hour and a half of my time?
I needed help with being audited by the IRS that was prepared by H & R Block. It was off season and almost impossible to connect to anyone. I was promised phones that I never received. I missed the deadline. They don't keep documentation of the original paperwork.There is no way of getting in contact with the owner. The 800 number is all I was given and never helpful. I just called to set an appointment for tax services. The lady who answered the phone was rude and didn't sound like she wants her job. I said nevermind and hung up. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
