Been doing my taxes for a few years at this location with Carmen and she is awesome. Always willing to help and answer all questions.
Carmen was useless - never got back to me - didn’t have a clue when I called even tho I sent her numerous emails and she had all the paperwork. Cannot recom - very disappointed - they have so many people to process - customer service is non existent. When I did speak to her all I got was umm ahh well
