Lacks professionalism and knowledge. What is the point of uploading documents for my prepare to look at and then not know what’s in them at my appointment?
Felt rushed and undervalued. Tax advisor was unable to answer questions without getting frustrated. Despite reaching out to others (district manager) for resolution (another tax advisory) - no positive outcomes. 17 year customer, perhaps it's time to find another firm that has more time for their customers and values me more.
Maggie is the best. Very knowledgeable. Peace of mind, knowing my tax returns are done, and returns deposited in my bank account promptly.
