First of all, it is very expensive to file taxes with them! The tax preparer made a mistake in a state tax. I had to contact the state and got the correct amount of refund later. Moreover, the tax preparer gave us wrong advice in the federal tax filling regarding extension and we were refused child tax credit for that, which is very unfortunate.
Prompt, fast, and professional service, with Ed Kruger who knows what he's doing. Has appropriate questions and suggestions, answers, and I love his humor!!
