I had a really complicated return and left my pile of papers there with a very nice and knowledgeable tax professional named Nancy. I was expecting many calls and questions which I never received because she figured it all out and saved me literally thousands over my previous local accountant. Everything from price I paid to h&r to the amount I expected to owe the irs was under what I thought. I give Nancy two thumbs up and a 5 star rating,she's awesome!!!!
If I could give you negative stars it wb negative 25 000. Because you screwed up on my return IRS sent me a letter stating I owe $25K. You non tax pro is so stupid. What about your 100% garentee? That is extra plan you didn't buy. That is what I was told. Your commercial and poster hanging on the wall didn't sat additional fee for us to get your refund correct but advertisement sure inplys h&r will help if there is a problem. Go to a CPA! I had my relatively simple taxes done here in 21 22 23 and the cost was 150. For 24 they charged me 250. When inquiring about the rate they gave no response. They nag you fir payment but once they receive payment they stop responding to you.
