They missed $30,000 dollars in deductions that another accountant found. They then refused to return their fee even though they claim to have a guarantee. These supposed "tax people" are lax in their diligence and unrepentant when they make a mistake. Absolute trash business, go to a real accountant. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This was the last straw for H&r block for me. I scheduled an appointment and went to my appointment and they said we don't have an appointment for you and we can't find your information in the system at all. I left called h&r block and they said yes we pulled you up with your phone number and then they tried to schedule me another appointment but schedule me in the wrong place. This is the third time and it's the last.
