I waited for an appointment with Deborah. The appointment was made by Kathy the supposed "manager". She said i was set to come in at 5:30. Then it comes time to go the appointment and no one knows what I'm talking about. No one wanted to help me either even though they already had all my documents. All I had to do was come in and sign! Very unhappy.

Don't think I'll be back again. I been going for three years I always pay for the extra safety stuff they offer. When I got audited and the IRS held my money I call them and they told me I had to figure it out myself. Ummm why did I pay you? When I finally did get my money it went on the h&r block card instead of my bank account when we specifically put all my account information in.
