Thanks HR Block. Thanks Scott. My Wife and I waited 30 mins, nobody came. They told us to reschedule. We took time off of work. I had all my documents ready. I made a specific appointment last week. What a waste of time and money. They didn't even figure this out until I said, what's going on. HR Block is a rip-off anyway, it's too expensive. Go eat your lunch Scott and get back to work! It should be a longer lunch you have one less customer.
I scheduled on line and was seen the same day. All the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Stephen prepared my return and was very knowledgeable and very kind and supportive. I would recommend H&R and especially Stephen.
