Ah, it's actually a scam. Imagine going into a tax preparation agent not knowing that, at the end of your "visit", you'll be charged over $200 for their "services" (and that does not include them selling you extra "security" services to keep your identity safe 🙄). What a load of garbage. Don't waste your time- I was desperate and had extreme buyer's remorse after all was said and done. I had to pay them 2/3 of what my return was going to be.
