Tax expert enter our taxes incorrectly. Went from getting thibking I was getting a decent tax return, to department of revenue sending me a notice saying its been adjusted to $0.00. I confronted someone at the office and she informed me that the expert entered the information wrong. I asked to talk to someone about this, and she gave me information to someone higher up than her. Courteney was my tax preparer. She was very friendly , knowledgeable, and on her game... Saved me some money I didn't even know about...I recommend highly. Turbo Tax doesn't hold A candle to my experience at H@R block. I'M DEFINITELY GOING TO LEAVE IT TO THE PROFESSIONALS FROM HERE ON OUT!!!
