Horrible service, unaware of simple tax procedures, 2 of my "tax advisors" did not speak English and got upset with me for asking "complicated questions", such as, why is my return significantly different this year? 2 advisors gave me different return numbers. 3 times in the past the IRS has come to me with back taxes due to following wrong at H&R block. I'm about to boycott this place, it's criminal.
