Easy to work with.
I made an appointment to get my taxes done. They decided to take a person with no appointment in front of me. They were an hour late for my scheduled appointment. I was on my lunch break, and couldn’t wait that long. I really got no apology for it. Would not recommend this place!

UPDATE: I called to maka new app. And they called at the wrong time and proceeded to argue with me about what time it was. Apparently they made my appointment with someone in ohio then called to tell me i did that wromg when someone from h and r made my appointment. I have tried countless times to do my taxes here but it seems its not possible. I know help is hard to get these days but it seems they have downgraded with everyone working here so will no longer be using the company at all. I used Maria for taxes this year and ... read more
