UPDATE: I called to maka new app. And they called at the wrong time and proceeded to argue with me about what time it was. Apparently they made my appointment with someone in ohio then called to tell me i did that wromg when someone from h and r made my appointment. I have tried countless times to do my taxes here but it seems its not possible. I went to this location and it was problem after problem. They are supposed to be experts that can do our taxes. But I paid for a tax advisor to mess up my taxes and give me the run after because they can not fix it. I highly dissatisfied with the woodbury location
