If you are going to have someone work at the front desk. Please hire someone who is professional and likes to interact with customers. Not someone who is on their damn phone texting, and makes customers repeat what they said. I'm taking my business somewhere else.
The front desk person was being very unprofessional, talking to my wife and I while playing with his phone. Decide to take our papers and left. Been a customer for 3 years already and I use to enjoy talking to everyone I interact with. I think I'll go somewhere else
