Not helpful at all, preparing my taxes paying all too end up still owing, spoke to someone who was extremely nice on the phone and said at least let them make it right. The representative wouldn’t even let me explain and when I did she insisted that it was me and there’s nothing they could do! All that say I’ll figure something else out next year paid almost $200, they charge too much and when things happen like this there not helpful. Than to put icing on the cake I left visually upset. This place doesn’t care about there customers poor customer service the customer service representative are rude and are not informative don’t file your taxes here the cost is basically your whole return so it best if you try to learn to file your own taxes
I usually prepare my own taxes using Turbotax but this year (2024) was more complicated for me so I decided to use H & R Block. The tax prep "expert" that I was assigned to did not have the experience necessary to prepare my taxes. I felt extremely uneasy when I left the office feeling that all my tax information was not entered into the forms accurately. I went to the weymouth location and Shalair was spectacular to work with. I went on the very last day that taxes could be filed and I was originally supposed to meet with a different accountant but they had gone home sick, so Shalair took on additional clients on top of her own. There was a line out the door of people waiting and she kept a smile on her face the entire appointment. She also worked really hard to make sure that all of the information filed was accurate and filled out to its best potential. Thank you!!
