I think H&R Block is like any other big business. They want to complete the work and get paid. I ended up paying over twice the amount I was originally quoted, stating that due to the number of things to submit, but in the end, I only had to submit a few documents. So in the end, I do not recommend H&R Block and will be seeking other services next year. I'm going to assume they also screw the TaxPro as well, and they probably see less than half of the absolutely outrageous fee they charged me.
