I came in expecting this to be a lengthy process given the fact that I did not bring any documentation whatsoever but Liliana Deltoro was very helpful and swiftly found all my documentation that I needed for my tax return through the irs.gov page and she verified that everything was correct for my return and began to process my return I would strongly recommend doing business with her !
First time doing my taxes here in over 9 years. My rep name was Laura at first she was very welcoming but once we started doing my taxes didn’t really ask much I’m a 1099 it’s my first year filing 1099 after being on W-2 the process took less than an hour should have known then something was not right. We are almost in May and I still have not gotten my taxes, this has never happened to me before
