They have let us down the last two years having to submit corrected returns. Though we have tried to be patient and understanding, our concerns were swept under the rug and ignored. As we stated to them directly, so much for the "peace of mind" that we've paid extra for.
I'm sorry. But this business is grossly overpriced. And I'm pretty sure that just because someone is enrolled in the H&R Block 32 hour course, that does not make them a 'tax specialist'. I'm sure others may have differing opinions, but I feel our 'tax specialist' was not thorough at all, gave us incorrect information regarding tax credits and overall just seemed very unknowledgeable in regards to taxes. If your HR Block account was hacked I would recommend reporting this to the FTC. A Hacking attempt was reported to HR Block and a month later my account was hacked. Six months later: No HR Block response was received for two hacking reports submitted. Note: HR Block commit on hacking report response was 3-5 days.
Ehh. Definitely didn't do me any favors
