I did the drop-off service April 1st. Here it is the deadline and I never got a call. I called and left a message, no reply. I called again and spoke to the tax agent who asked me if i worked this year... i gave my 1099 with the drop-off. He told me to stop by after work. When I got there, there were several people waiting. I asked if they were all there for my agent, she said naww. Put me on a list and said its going to be a lonnnng wait.
