This location is basically a scam. They rescheduled my appointment multiple times, then simply cancelled it and told us to drop off our paperwork because they would get to it faster this way. After dropping off the paperwork and being assured multiple times not to worry, I then called on tax day for an update, only to be told that nothing was filed and they couldn't do it. Normally I have a great experience at this location Jodi C my tax pro is awesome . Have had my taxes done here for at least the past 6 or 7 years. This year I dropped my taxes off on 03/05 and I called the office numerous times to see when they would be ready to pick up I got a text that I had an appt on 04/05 and called the office as I couldn't make that appt but was told I did not need to come in because that was the day they would start working on my taxes. This has been the single worst tax filing experience I’ve ever had. The accountants were completely unavailable and failed to file our taxes on time and never even notified us. After submitting all of our documents online in March someone from the branch called me and asked to drop off additional documents the next day. I pull into the parking lot and an accountant comes out and tells me they’re closed.
