Tax preparer was great. Preparation of personal taxes went very well. Block has initiated a new software for Estate tax preparation that is abysmal. Rather than supporting the preparer to create the tax documents correctly, each step required the tax preparer to look up the line item to find the logic tree to find the entry screen. However with no links, the preparer had to write the steps down, then follow them in the program. Last year the Estate taxes was easy. This year, painful and not completed.
