I had the worst experience at H&R Block!!! Taxes were dropped off at Willow Grove office on Friday, April 5th. Requested specific preparer to complete. No responses from them until Wednesday April 10th by another tax preparer in Doylestown. Asked them what happened to the person that I requested. They then sent back to WG office. No one from WG office called me to say that there was an issue with the requested tax preparer. Preparere called on Friday and said that she was working on them on Friday evening and would have them... read more
