James, thank you so very much for not being able to help my wife do our 2023 Taxes. This is the FIRST Ttime in my 18 year Military career that we've been told "Taxes for a Military Member is too much for you to work on right now and your not able to give the time that it deserves, this would be too much of a process and we are wrapping it up at this location". So.... Thank you for referring us to a different location, instead of taking care of a loyal H&R Block customer.
TERRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE !! CANNOT TALK TO ANYONE GOT TRANSFERRED 4 TIMES !! TRYING TO FIND OUT WHO HAS MY PAPERS !!
