Booked an appointment online to have my taxes amended. I was scheduled at 5pm and nobody showed up. There were multiple people here waiting as well. Unprofessional. Will never use this location again.
Cathy and the team at the HR Block office at 1279 Ariana St. in Lakeland, FL was extremly helpful answering my specific and out of the norm tax questions today! I will return to this office to get my taxes done.
Mr. Gibran helped me file file. He did an awesome job, and went out of his way to help me. Thank you sir. The girl at the front desk was professional and kind, and also did a follow up to make sure i got my documents after I left. Thank you all
Be sure to ask how behind they're as they don't communicate they're behind. This will save yourself some time and allow you to reschedule rather than watch walk in customers walk in after you and get serviced while you still wait to be serviced. What good is an appointment for and I arrived on time!
