Cathy and the team at the HR Block office at 1279 Ariana St. in Lakeland, FL was extremly helpful answering my specific and out of the norm tax questions today! I will return to this office to get my taxes done.

Be sure to ask how behind they're as they don't communicate they're behind. This will save yourself some time and allow you to reschedule rather than watch walk in customers walk in after you and get serviced while you still wait to be serviced. What good is an appointment for and I arrived on time!
