Patricia was a great help , there customer service was amazing everything got done fast within the day I definitely recommend there no one who cares more about your tax return then these people they will make sure you are tooken care of and never feel tooken advantage of
I walked in as it stated that you can do for drops offs and it took over 10 minutes for them to understand that I have a W2 for my taxes to be done. I’m disappointed. I went to a different location last year and had no issues and it was convenient! This location made it a headache and it took three ladies to “help me.” I believe training is needed at the location. Staff was kind.
