Been using H&R Block for 5 years. I usually do my taxes online with H&R Block, but since I have more expenses and things to file, I decided to file in person. The dude who did mine and my husband's taxes was nice, made suggestions, explained everything to us clearly and took his time to do our taxes ensuring everything was correct and efficient. We went in with an appointment which was made easy and simple through the location's , scheduling a meeting with a Tax Expert to file my tax returns. Mark Miskell was understanding and supportive. He was helpful, honest, and caring, guiding us through the process and making everything quick and simple.
