My wife and I have had Angelica do our taxes for that last 4 years now. She has always done an exceptional job and has done everything she can to gain us the maximum refund we can get. I would highly recommend her and H & R block.
So pissed! We let Anke do our taxes for 2022 & 2023! Thought all was great & we were getting a small return but Nope 2 years later we just received a letter from the IRS this month saying we owe them $7k for 2022 errors so we contacted HR Block and they had another one of their office locations amended our 2022 taxes to find the problem and found that Anke entered our info all wrong in 2022 and then carried it forward for 2023 so now we owe for both years she did…2022 & 2023! I went in with an appointment which was made easy and simple through the location's website, scheduling a meeting with a Tax Expert to file my tax returns. Although I was late to my original appointment, Anke Vannan was understanding and supportive, letting me come in still. She was helpful, honest, and caring, guiding me through the process and making everything quick and simple. As quickly as I had brought everything in, she had processed my info and sent me on my way. My fiancé filed her taxes with Maria Bears on February 9th, after 2 and half weeks of no update on her return via email or text from H and R, I advised my fiancé to check her return status in which she found out Maria never filed her taxes. That is unacceptable, and if it wasn’t for her checking her return status she would have never known. She should not be charged for this error.
