Made two separate appointments and both times Mohoammed was very rude and very unprofessional when it came to his way of expressing I did not have the right documents. Walking away abruptly and body language very angry, no warm greeting or a warm farewell. Very dismissive when I tried to explain what I needed help with. Not only did I upload and try to have things set up prior to coming on the second try they waste my time and tell at the end they do not do a certain service at this time.
I received horrible customer service from the receptionist at this location. She didn't let me finish leaving a message for my tax pro because she had "a lot of people calling" at the same time. Unacceptable. I will not be coming back.
Just use TurboTax. Don't pay $300+ to have these people miss details and get fined by the IRS.
Do not use this H& R Block !!!!! I used them in 3024 and what a mess. The guy took 4 hours to complete a tax return then forgot to file it. I thought he was just out of touch and gave them another try. I ended walking out. Another old guy just trying to file taxes to make extra money. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!
