I’m a fellow H&R Block tax professional in California. I had a software issue with a MN return for one of my clients. Marc took the time to walk me through one of the schedules in question. He’s knowledgeable & patient. I’m calling him again when I need help in the future.
The best little tax office in downtown Minneapolis!
Arrived at our 2:00 appointment, and the office manager walked out from the kitchen on his cell phone, asking if I had an appointment. I gave him my name, and he confirmed the appointment. He started asking basic questions about the tax service needed. I told him I filled out the detailed quetionaire on line. He said nothing is in their system.
