Fast and easy!
Very bad customer service from the receptionist that told me his name was Walter. I was trying to get in contact with my tax preparer Caroline. He she was not in that office today, so I asked if he could see if she was in another office, he did not want do any searching n told me to download an app lol. I then asked if anyone would be able to email me my taxes he said no but then told me the manager is able but there not in either. Sounded like he hates his job and did not want to be there.
