The accountant has been ignoring my messages for the last few months. This is a very bad customer experience, I needed to submit this review and send a complaint to H&R directly, just to get a response from a different person. It's pretty fun to go back through the 1star reviews and read through the comments.
Told me the open times of a store that is currently closed
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY RECENT EXPERIENCE SIGNING UP FOR TAX IDENTITY SHIELD by H&R BLOCK with my TAX ADVISOR. NO ONE AT TAX IDENTITY SHIELD ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RESPONDS TO EMAILS. SCREEN FREEZES AT THE INTERNET SIGN-IN PAGE. My H&R BLOCK TAX ADVISOR, on the other hand is a lovely person, explaining details as she worked. Very informative!
