Filed 2020 taxes where H&R Block absolutely butchered my taxes and I ended up owing 9k. On top of that I purchased Peace of Mind and now they are trying to say H&R Block are not honoring that anymore. I won’t change this rating until my case gets resolved.
Appointment booked for 5pm for a consultation and 45 minutes later I was still waiting. The advisor even let someone else jump in front because they “would be quick”. That was another 15 minutes before I had to leave as I had another appointment after that. Complete waste of time.
