I really don’t recommend coming here to do simple taxes. The “experts” aren’t exactly experts and are unable to answer questions about Roth IRAs, MAGIs, etc. I should have done them myself much quicker online, but came in-person for this “expertise” that doesn’t exist. They ended up charging me $275 for simple taxes, which had I know in advance I would have walked out immediately and done them much quicker and more efficiently myself. I’ve been seeing Cynthia for four straight years, and she’s always been wonderful. Professional, efficient and trying her best to make taxes less stressful
Very poor and unprofessional service. My wife and I went in for a tax “consultation”, which cost $50, and were talked over, interrupted by phone calls, and not given any new information that was able to help us with our returns. Highly recommend going somewhere else.
