First, I made a phone appointment and no one called. Second I made an in person appointment in Park Slope and they called and said the branch was only open on special occasions (and I wasn't special). Next I made an in person appointment at HR Block on Flatbush Ave. When I arrived for my appointment, which had been scheduled and confirmed, all the doors were locked and no one was there.
