We booked days in advanced, secured an appointment, arrived early, and were asked to come back in an hour. We were reasonable and accommodated this request. We were assured we would be helped immediately upon return, we weren’t. Multiple left as we waited, someone walked in and was accepted. We gave up after 1 hour 15 minutes of waiting.
