I saw the numerous commercials about how H&R Block will do your current year tax return and review the previous year for free, so I brought the documentation for both. Despite making an online appointment, upon arrival, I was literally laughed out of the door by the on site manager who said it would be impossible for them to review my taxes 5 days before the deadline.
