My husband has been trying to get his child tax credit for 2 years. H&R Block deposited it in the wrong account. Every time he calls or go in person they give him the run around. I don't trust them. They always change agents.
Marina was outstanding. She was detail oriented. She explained everything so I could easily understand it and helped me to organize, create systems and understand the process.
I was impressed by the speed. I dropped the tax information off and state and government returned was done in about 4 hours. I came over the next day to finished the process. I used to do my own taxes but don't feel up to it anymore. So I will most likely use HR Block for my tax filing for now own. Good work!
