Made a 8pm appointment with Lyudmilla. I waited for her to finish up with a customer. She was told she had an appointment (me) as well as a walk in. She seemed annoyed that she had a walk in waiting as well, stating she didn't get a chance to have her cigarette. Now for some context the walk in came in at about 8:30pm. The service there is excellent, they look over all your tax information and it’s a very clean place. The only thing I was saying to someone was that the fee was $330.00 too high; they gave me a $25.00 discount then they say next year I will pay $160.00 omg.
Jane Richmond has done my taxes for years, she is professional with great knowledge. I trust her dearly!
The staff members is excellent job to help me n my Tax return. The services is fast than before in which in and out. The restroom is upstairs very clean . I am overall give to 10 out 10 .
