During my appointment today, the staff member Joan repeatedly reminded me that I might incur a tax penalty. I had already acknowledged that I understood this. I also pointed out that the penalty is determined and collected by the IRS and not related to your company’s service. Despite this, the staff member continued to bring it up multiple times, which unnecessarily wasted the time for processing my request.
