UPDATE: Yeimmy totally screwed up our online H&R Block account and mixed up our SS#'s and birthdates so it is taking a knowledgeable tax consultant time to fix all of her mistakes, therefore causing a delay in filing our taxes. UGH. SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING!!! This appt. was so disappointing. Yeimmy Martinez was our tax advisor and she is very nice but doesn't know much about taxes. We asked her very basic tax questions and she told us the wrong info. and had to go and ask others in the office the questions we ask... read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Would absolutely be a negative if I could. They filed my taxes incorrectly which resulted in my bank account being over drafted by the IRS. When I went to rectify the situation the receptionist argued with me and insisted it could not be their fault, instead she put the blame on the state tax office for with drawing the wrong amount. I called the state tax office and had them explain what was wrongfully done. Only at this time did they pull up my records and realize they DID in fact file it wrong. This er... read more

I know nothing about taxes and by googling my questions I knew more than she did!
